Terms and Conditions:

  • As a renter, you are responsible for the costs of any damage or unreturned equipment, and additional cleaning charges may apply. There are no prorated amounts. Your credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental.
  • Please note that weight limits and occupancy on our boats are based on average adult weights and include the maximum load of equipment and fuel our boats can safely carry.
  • All renters may be subject to these additional fees:
    – Cleaning Fee – Minimum of $20 if rental requires cleaning upon return

Cancellations:

Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
